Test with AI agents built from your customers

Generic test users find generic problems. Agents built from your own customers try the app the way your customers would. Here is how it works and what happens to the data.

Can AI agents test my app as my actual customers?

Yes. Import your customers from a CSV (role, company size, plan, region, whatever you have) and Mimiq builds an agent from each one. Names, emails and phone numbers are stripped before upload. Save them as an audience and send them through every new build: the report shows which of your customers got stuck, and where, with each agent's profile next to its steps.

Your users are not average

An accounting tool used by 60-year-old bookkeepers fails differently from one used by startup founders. Default test users are reasonable, tech-comfortable and patient. Your customers might be none of those, and the problems that matter are the ones your customers hit.

  • Import a CSV; one credit a customer.
  • Names, emails and phone numbers stripped before upload.
  • Saved as an audience you reuse on every release.
  • Rerun the same agents on every release from the app.
  • Each agent's profile shown next to its steps.

How it works

  1. 01

    Export customers

From your CRM, billing or analytics: one row a customer, with the columns that describe them. Leave identifying columns in or out; Mimiq strips names, emails and phone numbers either way.

  2. 02

    Import and review

Mimiq builds an agent from each row. Check a few, then save the audience.

  3. 03

    Run them on a build

Pick the saved audience in the app and paste the build's link. From CI or a coding agent, describe the same kind of people in words with the audience input.

  4. 04

    Rerun on every release

The same agents on each new build make the before and after fair.

What the agents keep from the data

What makes someone behave differently: role, experience, company, region, plan, how they found you. Not who they are: personal identifiers are removed in your browser before the file is sent.

Limits

Agents are simulated users. They find problems fast and on every build; they do not forecast how many real people will convert, they are not a deterministic regression suite, and they do not install native mobile apps.

An agent built from a customer acts like someone with that profile. It does not know what the real customer thinks, and it is never presented as them.

40steps at most for each agent, each in its own real browser. Every step comes with a screenshot and what the agent was thinking at the time.
20agents at once, each acting as a different one of your users. The browser also records every error, failed request and request slower than 3 seconds on your site, on the step it happened. Agents find problems; they do not forecast how many people will convert.

Questions

How many customers can I import?

As many as your credits cover, one credit a customer. Most teams start with 20 to 50 that span their segments.

Is the data used for anything else?

No. See Trust and data handling for the full picture, and Enterprise for invoicing and a security review.
